How to Request Account Deletion

If you no longer wish to use our application (Bubble Shooter Magic Star), you can request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal information. We respect your privacy and provide a simple process to help you delete your account whenever you choose.

To initiate the account deletion process, please send an email request by following the steps outlined below.

In the body of your email, include the email address registered with your account. This information will help our support team identify your account and verify your deletion request.

Once we receive your request, our support team will review and verify the information provided to ensure that the request is legitimate and belongs to the account holder.

After successful verification, we will process your account deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address once the deletion process has been completed.

If we require additional information to verify your identity or clarify your request, our support team may contact you using the email address provided.

⚠️ Important Notice: Account deletion is permanent. Once your account has been deleted, you may lose access to your account, saved game progress, achievements, and any content associated with it. You may need to create a new account if you wish to use the application again in the future.

Other personal information directly linked to your account that is covered by the deletion request.

Data Retention Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. Once your account deletion has been completed, we will not retain your personal data, except where retention is required by applicable law or where limited retention is otherwise legally permitted.

Any information that must be retained for legal, regulatory, security, or fraud-prevention purposes will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements and retained only for the necessary period. Such information will not be used for unrelated purposes.
